What AV technology is standard in a Bay Path classroom?

Standard hardware:

Projector, whiteboard, and or projection screen
AV control panel
Two microphones for Zoom presentations (one wearable microphone for presenter, one throwable microphone for student engagement)
Ceiling/wall mounted camera for Zoom presentations
Laptop cable for connection to an external laptop
Document camera
Windows-based PC, keyboard and mouse

Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Adobe Acrobat
Windows Media Player
VLC Media Player
AirServer
HoverCam Flex for using the Document camera

Please note the following addendum and correction:

An HDMI cable has been provided for connection to a laptop. Simply connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI connector slot in the laptop and select "LAPTOP" from the Extron AV controller.

The projector will then display the laptop screen. Press "PC" to display the pc screen.

The provided cameras and microphones can only be used with the instructor's PC. When presenting from a laptop, the camera and microphones can not be utilized.
