Resolving ScreenPal Issues in Canvas
There have been reports of the ScreenPal integration having issues in Canvas where it is asking to login with Google or with a different username and password. This authentication problem can also cause problems when uploading the video after creating the recording. This document will walk you through resolving this issue:
In a web browser, navigate to https://screenpal.com/content/videos
If prompted, enter your Bay Path username and password. If you are already authenticated, you will be logged in and will see the ScreenPal hosting interface
Return to Canvas, close any open ScreenPal interfaces and then refresh your window (Press F5 or click the Refresh icon in your browser window
4. Click the ScreenPal icon in the text editor and your account should now load properly. You have the recorder open, close it and relaunch the recording again by clicking the New Recording button
