Managing Google Contacts
Google automatically creates contact information for people you contact. On occasion, particularly when contact people not in Bay Path's university contact list, this can result in multiple email addresses being suggested when you write an email, as shown below. Contacts that are created in this way are exclusive to you, and you have the ability to manage them.

In Gmail, select the grid in the top right beside your user icon

Select Contacts from the list of Google Apps

Search for the contact you would like to change or delete

Select the three dots in the top right to hide or delete the contact
Deleted contacts will no longer appear as suggestions in the address field
