Printing from a Personal Device with MobilityPrint
To print from a personal device such as a laptop, tablet or phone, you must configure Papercut MobilityPrint. Select your device type and then follow the instructions to configure MobilityPrint. This process only needs to be done once per device.
Windows Device
From your Windows device, visit this link to download the MobilityPrint client https://print.baypath.edu:9164/setup. Click the Download button
When downloaded, run the setup file to continue to the process
Select your language and click OK
4. Accept the user agreement and click Next
5. You will now be asked to select the printer queue you wish to add. Select the one appropriate for your population (Faculty/Staff or Student). Click Next
6. Enter your Bay Path email and password and click Next
7. The process is now complete
8. When printing, you will now see your selected MobilityPrint printer available. Jobs sent to this printer can be released from any Papercut device on campus
macOS Device
From your macOS device, visit this link to install the printer https://print.baypath.edu:9164/setup. Follow the provided instructions (copied below)
Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.

Click the refresh icon under the Printers List.
The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.
Select a printer that uses the Bonjour protocol. The Name, Location, and Use is displayed.
At the bottom of the dialog box, check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
If Secure AirPrint isn't displayed:
-Close the Add dialog.
-Disconnect from the network, then reconnect to it again.
-Check if you can see Secure AirPrint now. If you can't, contact your System Administrator.
Click Add.
The first time you send a print job to either printer, you will be prompted to enter your Bay Path email and password
9. The process is now complete and jobs sent to this printer can be released from any Papercut device on campus
Notes:
If you're not sure how to print from your application, take a look at Print from your Mac.
If you enter the wrong authentication details, MacBook devices do not show any warning message; your job just will not print.
If your job doesn’t print, check the Print Queue dialog. If the print job is there and has the message Held for authentication, click the icon; then re-enter your login details.
Need to assign an account to your print job? You can do that at the printer or via the User Client.
Chromebook
From your Chromebook, install the MobilityPrint Chrome app
From your browser, click Ctrl-P or click the Chrome menu and select Print
From the provided Destination drop down menu, select More

Select the appropriate MobilityPrint printer queue based on your population. MobilityPrint printers can be identified by the Papercut icon:
Select Print
The first time you send a print job to either printer, you will be prompted to enter your Bay Path email and password
The process is now complete and jobs sent to this printer can be released from any Papercut device on campus
iOS Device
From your iOS device, click Print from the application's interface or click the Share icon and then scroll down to select Print
2. Click Select Printer to view the available printers
3. Select your appropriate printer queue:
4. When prompted, enter your Bay Path username and password
5. Click Print
Android Device
1.) In the Google Play store download the app Mobility Print from PaperCut Software
2.) Open Mobility Print and make sure all the required settings are configured for the app.
3.) Go to what ever you wish to print and choose the BPU-FacultyStaff-Printers or the BPU-StudentPrinters option from the top drop down menu.
4.) Press the yellow print Icon. You will know that the settings are configured correctly when you receive a notification from the app.
5.) Clicking on the notification will take you to a page where you will sign in using your Bay Path Credentials without using the @baypath.edu
6.) Signing in correctly will then send the print job to any of our on campus public printers.
7.) Scan your badge and print! If this is your first time printing you will need to scan your badge and log in using your Bay Path Credentials.
