How to Forward a Voicemail Message to another User
There are three ways to forward a voicemail to another user. We recommend forwarding through the visual voicemail option on your desk phone, but certain circumstances may not allow for that.

Forwarding a Voicemail from Visual Voicemail
In Visual Voicemail, select the message that you would like to forward.
Select "More," then "Copy."
If you would like to add a message to the recipient, press "Record." Press "Stop" when you are finished.
Press "Send To" to add a recipient.
Enter an extension or select "Dir" to search for an extension. Select "Add" when you have entered an extension.
Press "Send" to forward the message.
Forwarding a Voicemail through Email
If you have Voicemail-to-Email turned on, you may forward the email containing the audio file of the voicemail. If you do not have this feature turned on, please follow these directions to enable Voicemail-to-Email.
Find the email containing the voicemail audio file.
Select "Forward."
Enter the email address of the recipient. Select "Send" to forward the voicemail.
Forwarding a Voicemail by Calling Into Voicemail
Call *17 (or 413-565-1750) to call into the voicemail system.
Press 2 to get to your voicemails.
Press 0 to listen to the message you would like to forward.
Press 1 after the message plays.
Press 2 to forward with a comment.
Press # when you are finished adding a comment.
Enter the extension you would like to forward to, then press pound (#).
Press pound (#) when you are finished adding recipients.
Press pound (#) to forward the message.
