How to Record a Voicemail Greeting

This article describes how to create multiple voicemail greetings which can be enabled for all calls or to have separate recordings for internal or external calls

Dial *17 or call 413-565-1750
Press 3 to administer personal greetings
Press 1 to create a new greeting
Enter a number to create a new greeting
Record and press pound (#) when you are complete
Select which types of calls you would like the greeting active for.
