New members of Bay Path will receive an activation email to the personal email address we have on file for you once your account is ready to be activated. (If you do not receive an activation email please contact the IT Help Desk at 413-565-1487)

To activate your account:

  1. From a web browser, visit
  2. Click on the “Login Help” link on the left side of the screen
  3. Click “Activate my Account”. Enter the required validation information. You will need your student ID number to activate your account. (This information will be in the activation email you received)
  4. The system will then display your username and email address, and you will be prompted to choose a password. 
    • Please make note of your username and email address
    • Be sure to keep your password secure and never share it with others 
Your account is now active. Return to the login page ( to login for the first time
